This study aimed at defining the level of comprehension and application ability for the types of probing and classification questions of graduate students, according to the variables of the educational level of acceptance, G.P.A and sex. The study also tried to examine the differences between the level of comprehension and application ability of those students, due to their G.P.A. and sex. To achieve this objective, the researchers developed a test to measure this ability, and it was consisted of (30) items that insured its validity and reliability. The test was applied on a random sample that consisted of (37) students,(21) of them were male and (16) were female at the Middle East University (Amman, Jordan). The researchers used “T” test, and MANOVA. The results showed that the ability of comprehension and classification was supporting the educational level of acceptance. In Addition, there were statistical significant differences between the ability mean of comprehension and application and the variables of G.P.A and sex, in favor of (B+) G.P.A. and the Sex.
