This study aims to find out the self-esteem of primary teachers Ouargla، The study included 440 male and female teachers of the total in 1096 Ie 40% Of the total، and to achieve the objectives of the study were application form to collect information Self-esteem is a form prepared by the researcher، which included four dimensions of a physical dimension، academic، social and personal and began the study of the following hypothesis: There is a high level of self-esteem among primary teachers in Ouargla. The study found a high level of self-esteem of the majority of teachers and some level they have accounted for 95.49%, a result that agreed with many of the studies, especially Western ones, and in the latter study concluded with some proposals. (Published Abstract)
