Researchers interested in for a long time about the issue of standardization of psychological tests and measurements. There was no substitute in the first periods of satirized measures and estimate the characteristics of psychometric based on the traditional theory, which focuses on controlling inappropriate factors that could affect the measurement process, and reduce measurement errors by a representative sample of the community test, then unify the items and procedures applied and corrected. However, the development of statistics has made it necessary to rely on advanced methods in psychometric properties of measurement, and this is what justifies the need to use exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis in the standardization of psychological measurements especially those transmitted from one culture to another.
