This study aims to construct a developing vision for the scientific research industry in the Saudi Universities in the light of the global competitiveness. This will be through identifying the system of the manufacture of scientific research. It also stands on the reflection of the global competitiveness on the scientific search industry in the Universities. The study points to the reality of the scientific research industry in the Saudi Universities. It recognizes the view of the study sample in the most important requirements that are necessary to improve the scientific research and to the suggested mechanisms for the improvement of the scientific research in the Saudi Universities. To achieve all of that, the researcher has used the descriptive survey method. This study came up with determining: the system of the scientific research industry, its foundations, the necessary requirements and the suggested mechanisms to improve the scientific research study in the Saudi Universities in the light of the global competiveness.
