The study questions: The main question: How can activate the role of strategic planning in creating the outputs of higher education to meet the requirements of the labor market? Sub-questions: 1-what higher education outcomes associated with the labor market? 2 What is the harmonization of higher education outputs the Arab world to the requirements of the labor market? 3 What is the role of strategic planning to meet the changing requirements of the labor market? 4 What are the requirements of the labor market sectors of the Arab world from the outputs of higher education and how the state and the affected Field work? 5 What perception proposed to activate the role of strategic planning in creating the outputs of higher education to meet the changing requirements of the labor market in the Arab world? Study Methodology: The study used the descriptive analytical approach in line with the nature of the study through an analysis of the studies and the literature associated with this area, and the application of a questionnaire to determine the requirements of the labor market.
