سعت هذه الدراسة التي أجريت على عينة من 114 أستاذ بجامعة سطيف - 2 -إلى التعرف على الدلالة الإحصائية لعلاقة معايير نموذج ادوارد ديمينغ بتجويد نظام التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة وفق بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الرتبة العلمية والخبرة المهنية). وقد أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود الدلالة الإحصائية لعلاقة معايير نموذج ادوارد ديمينغ بتجويد نظام التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعة وفق هذه المتغيرات الديمغرافية في خمس فرضيات جزئية، في حين لم تكن كذلك بالنسبة لفرضية جزئية واحدة، وعليه فإن الفرضية العامة لهذه الدراسة قد تحققت بنسبة 83%. This study conducted on a sample of 114 professors at the University of Setif -2- sought to identify the statistical significance of the relationship between Edward Deming model’s standards in improving the university learning system from the viewpoint of the university professors, according to some demographic variables (academic rank and professional experience). The results of this study indicated the existence of a statistically significant relationship between Edward Deming model’s standards in improving the university learning system from the perspective of university professors in accordance with demographic variables mentioned above in five partial hypotheses, while were not the case for a partial one hypothesis. Therefore we may conclude that the general hypothesis of this study is achieved at 83%. (Published Abstract)

Cette étude menée sur un échantillon de 114 enseignants à l'université de Sétif -2- afin d’identifier la signification statistique de la relation entre les normes modèle Edward Deming au point d'un système d'enseignement universitaire du point de vue des professeurs de l'université selon certaines variables démographiques (niveau scientifique et une expérience professionnelle). Les résultats de cette étude ont démontré l'existence d’une relation statistique des normes modèle Edward Deming avec le perfectionnement d'un système d'enseignement universitaire selon les point de vue des enseignants de l'université conformément à ces variables démographiques dans les cinq hypothèses partielles, à l’exception d’une seule hypothèse ce qui nous mène a dire que l’hypothèse générale a été réalisée d’un pourcentage de 83%.
