The study aims at constructing a scale for measuring the advance of children's rights among kindergarten female teachers firstly and measuring the teachers' carrying out of children's rights in kindergartens. Moreover, the researcher has set children's rights scale and submitted it to a group of experts who agreed to its validity. Then, the psychometric characteristics of the scale are found out like validity and reliability, followed by implementing the papulation of the study (261) the study sample of (140) kindergarten female teachers. Furthermore, to process the study data, the researcher relied on a number of statistical tools as (Pearson Correlation coefficient, Chi Square, T-test, weight percentage and weighted mean, and Cronbach's Alpha equation). The study results showed measuring the improvement of children's rights among kindergarten female teachers. In light of the study results, the researcher set some recommendations and suggestions.
