The research aims to study the current level of knowledge for ordinary parents and disabled pupils intellectually "know who are the" Oppositional Defiant Disorder in Egypt and Saudi Arabia disorder. The sample consisted of (72) as a father and an Egyptian and a Saudi equally to the children of ordinary and intellectually disabled, and the aged (31-53) year average (40.1) and a standard deviation (6.1) years. The researcher used the cognitive level, a measure of ordinary parents and students with disabilities Oppositional Defiant Disorder (researcher). Search results pointed to a lack of statistically significant differences between the parents of Egypt and Saudi Arabia in stubborn defiance in Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the total score and sub-domains disorder spreads. While the results indicate that there are significant differences in the areas of (the nature of the disorder causes Oppositional Defiant Disorder, stubbornness treatment) in the direction of the mothers at the level (0.10), and in the direction of parents of students with disabilities intellectually at the level (0.01). The researcher discussed the results in accordance with educational literature and previous studies. (Published Abstract)
