The study aimed to detect the degree of availability of school of the future management requirements of the primary school in the city of Tabuk), and to achieve the objectives of the study approach was used descriptive survey, has also been relying on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which has been applied to the study of society (199) individuals between the director and supervisor primary school, which responded (184) per person, representing the study sample. the study reached the following results: were members of the study population for all requirements in the degree of availability of response (medium), where the average the total for the axis of decentralization in the school of the future management of a mean requirements (2.01), and reached the overall average to the axis of the special requirements of the training of those in charge of school of the future management (2.19), as the overall average of the requirements for opening up to the local community was (2.05), as the study found the presence of differences between the mean respondents responses about the availability of school of the future management requirements due to the variable (called Alozivi- school type as director) in all areas (decentralization requirements in management, training requirements, opening up to the community requirements) and total resolution, as the significance level for all areas less than (0.05) and that all these differences were in the direction of women with female managers arithmetic average top and working in women with average arithmetic top private schools. In light of the study results provided a number of recommendations, including: the restructuring of the powers granted to school administrations so that keep pace with the requirements and objectives of the school of the future design.
