This study aimed to know the basic training needs for the primary grades teachers. A questionnaire with a set of (30) paragraphs within (4) sectors teaching planning, performing teaching, class management and evaluation was prepared and given to (35) teachers in the southern Mazer 2015- 2016. The results showed that some paragraphs didn't represent the real training needs and that is because the standards of aim drafting were lower than the required level due to the teachers nuance in drafting good aim during teaching planning and considering it a non- compulsory thing that needs effort to achieve. On the other hand the results containing the second question of is there any difference for the needs primary grades teachers the southern Mazer stage due to gender experience and then insertion weather between the Gender and social. The reason for that in the researchers point of view that of the male the female teachers have the same training course seminars as well as they with eased the same condition in the schools whether they are female or male gender.
