هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة-المعلمين بجامعة حائل أثناء فترة التربية العملية، والتعرف على مدى اختلاف هذه المشكلات باختلاف تخصص الطالب-المعلم والمعدل التراكمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحثان استفتاءً مكوناً من 52 عبارة؛ تمثل كل منها إحدى المشكلات التي يمكن أن تواجه الطالب المعلم، موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس المتعاونة، والمعلم المتعاون، والمشرف الأكاديمي، وطبيعة برنامج التربية العملية. تم تطبيق الاستفتاء على عينة مكونة من 75 طالباً معلماً في نهاية الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي 1430/ 1431ه. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مجال "طبيعة برنامج التربية العملية" كان المجال الذي حصل على أعلى نسبة مئوية بين المجالات الأخرى من حيث ظهور المشكلات، في حين أن مجال "المعلم المتعاون" حصل على آدنى نسبة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المعلمين تعزى لتخصص الطالب أو معدله التراكمي. This study aims at finding out the difficulties that face student teachers of Hail University during their Teaching Practice. Moreover, it aims at finding out how these difficulties change according to the change of student major and overall rate (G.P.A.). In order to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire which contains 52 items has been prepared. Each item represents one of the difficulties that might face the student teacher. These items are distributed into four of the following fields: the school administration in cooperative schools, the cooperative teacher, the academic supervisor, and the nature of Teaching Practice program. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 75 student teachers at the end of the first semester of the academic year 1430/1431. The study results showed that the field of “the nature of Teaching Practice program”, got the highest percentage among others regarding difficulties appearance. Meanwhile, the field of “the cooperative teacher” got the lowest percentage. The results showed as well no differences statistical significance in the difficulties that face student teachers due to student’s major or his overall rate (G.P.A.).
