هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام في منطقة القصيم لنمطي القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية، والتعرف على مستوى الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين، والعلاقة بين نمطي القيادة لدى مديري المدارس ومستوى الروح المعنوية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 3157 معلماً من مختلف المراحل التعليمية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مديري المدارس يمارسون نمط القيادة التحويلية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.75 من 5، وأن مديري المدارس يمارسون نمط القيادة التعاملية بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.4، وأن مستوى الروح المعنوية عالية بمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.83. وأكدت الدراسة على الآتي: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01 بين ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية لدى مديري المدارس والروح المعنوية، إلا أن هذه العلاقة أكثر قوة مع نمط القيادة التحويلية. 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01 بين المرحلة الدراسية، وكذلك المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والدورات التدريبية، ونمط القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية. 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى 0.01 بين متغير المؤهل العلمي ومستوى الروح المعنوية. أن نمطي القيادة التحويلية والتعاملية لدى مديري المدارس دالة في التنبؤ بالروح المعنوية، 4) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى 0.05 بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير المرحلة التعليمية، 5) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير المرحلة التعليمية، 6) وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى 0.05 بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومتغير الخبرة. ووجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية دالة عند مستوى 0.05 بين مستوى الروح المعنوية ومستوى الدورات التدريبية. The study aimed to identify the degree of public Schools principals’ practice of both transactional and transformational leadership in Qassim region, and to identify the level of morale among teachers in Qassim region, and the relationship between the two types of leadership for school principals and the level of teachers’ morale The study found that school principals engaged significantly with the transformational leadership style with averageof3.75 out of 5, and school principals engaged significantly with transaction a leadership style with average of 3.4 out of 5, and that the level of teachers’ morale with a high average of 3.83 out of 5 The study confirmed the existence of a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 between the exercise pattern of transactional and transformational leadership of school principals and the teachers’ morale. However, this relationship is stronger with the transformational leadership style. Also, the study confirmed the existence of a negative correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 between the grade, as well as .qualifications, experience, training courses, and the pattern of transactional and transformational leadership the study confirmed the existence of an opposite correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 between the qualifications and morale. In addition, the study confirmed that transactional and transformational leaderships of school principals help statically to predict the level of teachers’ morale.
