The role of the leadership style of public school principals in the level of career satisfaction for teachers in the education department of schools province Namas [Article]
The study aimed to: Identify the leadership styles of Public school principals from the viewpoint of faculty members, their direct impact to the level of career satisfaction positively or negatively, to achieve the objectives of study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach, study sample consisted of (115) teachers from all education levels of Education Directorate of Al Namas, after application of study and data analysis mains. Findings showed: That most of the study sample agreed that most common leadership Co-style that contribute enhancing democratic performance and raise the level of career satisfaction for teachers, leadership styles, it is important to interest on other leadership styles and work increase their level of practice such as marketed style, as study results indicated that teachers have shown the average level of career satisfaction, on the light of these results provided some administrative and educational recommendations that most important are: Activation style of Democratic leadership behavior among school principals, reconsider the upgrading of financial and moral incentives for teachers.
