The goal of the current research is to identify the extent of the effectiveness of a proposed using stories and electronic jingles program in the development of some of the ethical and religious values among kindergarten children, and formed the sample of 104 children from the children in the age group of 4-6 and who have They did not meet the required performance level on the scale of moral values illustrator. The study consisted tools to test estimating the intelligence to Jodanv and Harris, and form a social level, economic and cultural of the family of Rajab Ali Shaaban, and the measure of moral and religious values (prepared by the researcher), a collection of stories and poems, electronic jingles, and yielded results for the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages degrees children of the experimental group before and after the application of the program in favor of the post test, as significant differences found statistically between the mean scores of children of the experimental and control groups after the application of the program for the experimental group, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between males and females in the acquisition of moral values, it has ended by finding a set of recommendations, which calls attention to the educational programs that rely on modern methods in the development of values and educate the child.
