تناولت هذه الدراسة تحقيق أنماط استجابة اختبار رورشاخ Rorschach Inkblot Test على مجموعة من الأطفال المصابين بسلس البول الليلي الثانوي وتمت مقارنتها بمجموعة طبيعية. وكان متوسط العمر 13.9. وجاء 7 أطفال من أصل 550 يعانون من سلس البول الليلي الثانوي. أكمل أربعة أطفال اختبار رورشاخ، وقد أدرج أربعة أطفال دون سلس البول الليلي الثانوي في المجموعة الضابطة. سجلت الاستجابات باستخدام نظام Comprehensive إيكسنر. بينت النتائج أن سلس البول يختلف كثيراً عن المعدلات في التأثير، والإدراك الذاتي ومهارات إدراك العلاقات. على البرامج الناجحة التركيز على تعزيز الثقة بالنفس والتقليل من القلق والاكتئاب لدى طفل السلسية. This study investigated Rorschach Inkblot Test response patterns in a group of children diagnosed with secondary nocturnal enuresis and compared them to normal group. The mean age was 13.9. A total of 7 children out of 550 had secondary nocturnal enuresis. Four children completed the Rorschach Inkblot test. Four children without secondary nocturnal enuresis were included in the control group. Responses scored using Exner's Comprehensive system. The findings indicated that enuretics differ significantly from the normals on affect, self perception and interpersonal perception. Successful programs should focus on enhancing self-esteem and reduce anxiety and depression in the enuretic child. (Published abstract)
