تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى اتجاه طلبة جامعة الملك فيصل نحو سوق العمل ومدى رضاهم عنه، والكشف عن الفروق في اتجاهاتهم تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والتحصيل الدراسي. أجريت الدراسة على 184 من طلبة الجامعة (منهم 90 ذكور و94 إناث). تم استخدام الدراسة مقياس الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل (من إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن اتجاه طلبة الجامعة نحو سوق العمل بلغ درجة متوسطة؛ وتوجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل لصالح الطلاب الذكور؛ ولا توجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل تبعاً للتخصص إلا في بعد الاتجاه نحو القطاع الخاص فكان لصالح الطلبة من التخصصات العلمية؛ ولا توجد فروق في مستوى الاتجاه نحو سوق العمل تبعاً للتحصيل الدراسي. The study aims to determine the level of direction students of King Faisal University towards labor market and how satisfied him and reveal differences in attitudes depending on variable sex and specialization and academic achievement, the study was conducted on the 184 of the university students whom 90 of students and 94 of the students, the study used a scale trend towards labor market preparation the researcher, and reached results that the trend of college students about labor market was moderately and there are differences in the level of the trend towards labor market in favor of male students and there is no difference in the level of the trend towards labor market depending on the specialty only in the trend towards private sector was for the benefit of students of scientific disciplines and there are no differences in the level of the trend towards labor market depending on academic achievement.
