هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاضطرابات النفسية الشائعة لدى ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية الملتحقين ببرامج ومعاهد التربية الفكرية في مدينة الرياض، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 380 طالبا من الذكور الملتحقين، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 15-18 عاماً بمتوسط عمري 17.2 عاماً، وانحراف معياري 1.1، منهم 214 وطالباً من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، و166 من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسط). تم تطبيق بطاقة ملاحظة اضطراب قصور الانتباه، وبطاقة ملاحظة نوبات الغضب، ومقياس القلق العام، ومقياس اضطراب الوسواس القهري وجميعها (من إعداد الباحث). وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن أكثر الاضطرابات النفسية انتشاراً هو اضطراب نوبات الغضب، يليه اضطراب القلق العام، ثم اضطراب قصور الانتباه، وأخيراً اضطراب الوسواس القهري. كما أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسط درجات مجموعة المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، ومتوسط درجات مجموعة المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة في جميع الاضطرابات النفسية، وذلك لصالح مجموعة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة، مما يدل على العلاقة الطردية بين الاضطراب النفسي ومستوى شدة الإعاقة. The present study aimed to identify the psychological disorders prevalence in intellectually disabled adolescents. The study sample consisted of 380 male students who enrolled in high schools programs and Institutes for Intellectual disability in Riyadh, their ages range between (15-18) years, their mean age (17.2 years), and a standard deviation of 1.1. The sample included 214 students who have mild intellectual disability and 166 students who have moderate intellectual disability. To achieve the objective of the study, attention deficit disorder observation checklist, anger observation checklist, general anxiety scale, and obsessive-compulsive disorder scale (researcher prepared) were administrated. The results revealed that the most prevalent psychological disorders was anger disorder that followed by general anxiety disorder, then attention deficit disorder and finally obsessive- compulsive disorder. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the average scores of the students who have mild intellectual disability and the average score of the students who have moderate intellectual disability in all psychological disorders in favor of the students who have moderate intellectual disability showing that there is a relationship between psychological disorder and the level of severity of intellectual disability.
