This research deals with the quality of life of members of the Sudanese Universities. Researcher used a descriptive method for the study, the samples of the study are (50) teachers, was divided in (25) males and (25) females, the researcher used to measure the quality of life which established by Fresh and stroller Montaser and translated by Kamal al-Din who submitted for PhD degree in (2001). Researchers have been proved the followings: The general characteristic and distinctive for the quality of life of members of Sudanese Universities are positive. No statistically significant differences in the quality of life of members of the Sudanese Universities to the variant type. No statistically significant differences in the quality of life of members of the Sudanese Universities due to the variable age. No statistically significant differences in the quality of life of members of the faculty at the Sudanese Universities due to the variable degree.(Published Abstract)
