This research aims to identify the forms and causes of administrative corruption in pre-university education, besides its damaging aspects on community development. It also aims to explore some of contemporary methodologies and techniques of anticorruption in the education sector, that can help to offer some of the proposed mechanisms for anti-corruption .The research depends on the descriptive method, besides making use of strategic analysis technique that includes two dimensions of diagnosis and evaluation, to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities ant treats (SWOT) in the light of their interaction to reach strategic options that can lead to possible strategic alternatives. Through monitoring and analysis of the real status quo compared to the standards and indicators of contemporary administrative and educational thought, the research ends with three proposed alternatives (preventive, curative and comprehensive anti-corruption) that include various mechanisms and procedures to reduce administrative corruption in the pre-university education in Egypt.(Published Abstract)
