The Search aims to identify the Effect of Using Cooperative Learning Strategy on Math Achievement of Students with Learning Difficulties. Participants were 40 Students assigned to Experimental and Control groups randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, an achievement test was designed in the areas of (memorization, the understanding an application), reliability and the validity of the tool was tested. Results revealed statistically significant differences in the effect of the cooperative learning on the improved learning of students with Math learning difficulties with differences being in favor of the experimental group and no similar differences were found attributable to gender.(Published Abstract)
