تسعى الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر طلاب وطالبات الموازي الملتحقين به. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب وطالبات الموازي المستوى الرابع وعددهم 180، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 127 في الفصل الثاني من العام 1434/ 1435ه، وكان من أبرز نتائج هذه الدراسة: 1) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة ضعيفة على البعد الأول: برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي بشكل عام. 2) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة متوسطة على البعد الثاني: المقررات الخاصة ببرنامج الماجستير. 3) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة متوسطة على البعد الثالث: عضو هيئة التدريس ببرنامج الماجستير. 4) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة ضعيفة جداً على البعد الرابع: تجهيزات برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي. 5) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة ضعيفة على واقع برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي للأبعاد الأربعة عمومًا. 6) موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة جدًا على مقترحات تطوير برنامج ماجستير الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي. This paper seeks to evaluate the Master Program in Educational Administration and Planning at the Faculty of Social Sciences from the view-point of the students, both male and female, currently enrolled in the parallel program. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study population was 180 fourth year students in the Parallel Program, and applied to a sample which totaled 127 in the second semester of the academic year 2013/14. The most important results of this study were the following: 1) The approval of the study sample is of a "Poor" level regarding the first dimension, i.e. the Masters in Educational Administration and Planning Program in general. 2) The approval of the study sample is of an "Average" level regarding the second dimension, i.e. The Specific Courses for the Masters Program. 3) The approval of the study sample is of an "Average" level regarding the third dimension, i.e. The Faculty Members for the Masters Program. 4) The approval of the study sample is of a "Very Poor" level regarding the fourth dimension, i.e. The Facilities of the Masters Program in Educational Administration and Planning. 5) The approval of the study sample is of a "Poor" level regarding the current situation of the Masters Program in Educational Administration and Planning for the four dimensions generally. 6) The approval of the study sample is of a "Very Strong" level regarding the recommendations to improve the Masters Program in Educational Administration and Planning. A number of recommendations were made as a result of this study which naturally will help to improve the Masters in Educational Administration and Planning Program of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
