يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أزمة الهوية والعلاقة بين أزمة الهوية والتوافق الدراسي، وارتباط ذلك ببعض المتغيرات الأخرى، كالعمر والجنس والتخصص الدراسي. وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث في تعزيز الهوية ومدى تأثيرها على التوافق الدراسي للمراهقين. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان مجتمع البحث مكوناً من طلاب الثانوي متمثلاً في عينة من طلاب الصف الثالث، ويشمل المساقين العلمي والأدبي (ذكور 138، إناث 160) وعددهم 298 طالباً وطالبة. وقت استخدمت الباحثة مقياسين: الأول، لقياس أزمة الهوية وهو من تصميم الباحثة؛ أما الثاني، مقياس التوافق الدراسي لمحمود الزيادي الذي تم تقنينه على البيئة السودانية اسحق حسن جامعة (السنة). وقد عولجت البيانات إحصائياً بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتتلخص أهم النتائج في الآتي: 1) توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين أزمة الهوية والتوافق. 2) لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العمر وأزمة الهوية. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أزمة الهوية ونوع التخصص. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أزمة الهوية تبعاً لمتغير النوع. 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الدراسي لدى الطلاب تعزى لمتغير النوع. وقد أوصت الباحثة بتعميم تجربة الإرشاد التربوي في المدارس، كي تتاح للطلبة المراهقين فرص الاستفادة من خبرة المرشد وتوجيهاته التربوية في فهم المراهق لذاته وإمكاناته للسير قدماً نحو تحقيق الهوية، بدلاً من التشتت في البحث عن الهوية، وما يترتب على ذلك من معاناة ومشكلات سوء التوافق. This research was carried out to study the identity crisis of adolescents students of the third grade of secondary school and its correlation with their academic compatibility. It also aimed to identify its relationship to some variables such as gender, age and academic specialization (scientific, literary). The importance of this research in promoting of adolescents identity and its impact on their academic compatibility. To achieve these objectives the researcher has collected a theoretical framework in which included the following topics: First identity crisis, second the adolescents and finally the physiological adjustment. The study sample was consisted of 298 students (males and females) of Al- kalakla city schools where the data collection was done by using questionnaire. The researcher used two parameters. The first one was the identity crisis parameter which was designed by the researcher and the second was the academic compatibility parameter, which was designed by Mr. Mhmoud Al-ziadi. The research hypotheses were as follows: First, there is a correlation between identity and academic compatibility. Second, there is a relationship between age and identity. Third, there are significant differences between the identity crisis due to the academic specialization variability. And between academic compatibility and variability type (male & female) and age. The important results after statistically analyzed as follows: There is a correlation between identity and academic compatibility. Second: There is no relationship between age and identity. The researcher recommended circulate the experience educational guidance in schools in order to offer opportunities for adolescents students to benefit from the experience of mentor and his educational instruction in order to help adolescents in understanding themselves and their potential to move forward to find their identity instead of dispersion in the search for identity and the consequent suffering and problems of poor compatibility.
