The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of a star-based training program in improving the teaching of social skills for female teachers of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) students. Social skills were suggested to measure the effect of the program in improving the teaching of these skills. The sample consists of 7 female teachers of ads students from a center located in mecca. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach for its suitability to the goals of the study. The design of the one-group was chosen with a pre-and post-measurement, and to achieve the goals of the study, prepared by the two researchers a measurement for measuring the skills of teaching social skills, and she prepared the star-based training program. The Wilcoxon test was applied to two linked samples, in addition to calculating the binary correlation coefficient of the ranks of the associated pairs to calculate the effect size of the program. The results of the study showed differences with statistical significance on the level of the (α ≤ 0.05) function between the rank of the teachers' scores for improving the teaching of social skills in favor of post-measurement. The study generated numerous recommendations, the most important of which is the importance of star-based training programs in adjusting the behavior of ASD students. (Published abstract)
