هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي لتنمية الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية جبل أولياء. إتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ومجتمع الدراسة يتمثل في معلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية من خريجي كليات التربية المختلفة وموجهي الحلقة الثانية ومن هذا المجتمع أجريت الدراسة على مجتمعين: الأول معلمو ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية وعددهم 550 معلما، والثاني موجهو الحلقة الثانية وعددهم 55 موجها، العينة الأولى تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من مجتمع المعلمين وعددهم 120 معلما وملاحظة 30 معلما، والعينة الثانية أحد عشر موجها تمت مقابلة ثمانية موجهين لمعرفة آرائهم عن مدى اكتساب المعلمين للكفايات موضوع الدراسة، وثلاثة موجهين قاموا بملاحظة المعلمين والمعلمات أثناء أدائهم المهني. أدوات الدراسة التي استخدمتها الباحثة هي استبانة موجهة لمعلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية ومقابلة لموجهي الحلقة الثانية، وبطاقة ملاحظة بواسطة الموجهين لأداء معلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية جبل أولياء تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها. 1) أثبتت الدراسة أن معلمي ومعلمات الحلقة الثانية خرّيجي كليات التربية ما زالوا بحاجة إلى تدريب على كيفية تدريس الحقائق. 2) أثبتت الدراسة أن المعلمين بحاجة إلى التدريب لإكسابهم كفايات تدريس المفاهيم. 3) كما أكدت الدراسة أن المعلمين بحاجة إلى التدريب على كفايات تدريس التعميمات. 4) أثبتت الدراسة عدم اكتساب المعلمين لكفايات تدريس القيم والاتجاهات أثناء إعدادهم المهني بكليات التربية. 5) وأثبتت الدراسة أن المعلمين بحاجة إلى تدريب على كفايات تدريس المهارات. 6) تم بناء برنامج تدريبي من طريق محاضرات تقدم للمعلمين خلال أسبوعين. This study aimed at designing a training program for developing teaching competencies for male and female teachers of the second level at basic education in Jabel Awlyaa locality. The researcher utilized the descriptive method. The study population comprised male and female teachers of the second level at basic education those who are graduates of facilities of education, and education supervisors of the second level. The study was conducted on this population which is 550 male and female teachers and 55 education supervisors. 120 male and female were randomly selected to represent the study sample of teachers, 30 teachers were observed. For education supervisor sample, 8 education supervisors were interviewed to know their opinion about the extent to teachers have acquired the competencies related to the study topic, three supervisors have also observed teachers classroom teaching. The researcher used three types of tools for data collection,: a questionnaire for teachers, an interview and observation forma for the supervisors to check teaching performance for teachers of the second level at basic education in Jebel Awlyaa locality. The data obtained were statistically processed using SPSS. The study came to the many findings, of which the most important are: 1) The study confirmed that teacher’s graduates of faculties of education need to be trained on how to teach facts; 2) It also confirmed that teachers still need to be trained on to acquiring competencies for teaching concepts. 3) the study also assured that teachers need to be trained on competencies for teaching generalizing.; 4) The studies showed that the teachers have not acquired competencies for teaching values and attitudes in their pre-service professional preparation in faculties of education; 5) Finally the study confirmed that teachers need to be trained on to acquire competencies for teaching skills; 6) A training program was designed to be introduced to teachers through lectures in two weeks.
