تمثل شبكة المعلومات الدولية (الإنترنت) في عالمنا المعاصر أحد الخيارات التكنولوجية المعاصرة أمام الجماهير سواء كانوا من الأكاديميين أو الإعلاميين أو المستخدمين العاديين، ولذلك زاد الاهتمام الشعبي والرسمي بها وباتت واحدة من الأدوات الأساسية الإعلامية والأكاديمية، وذلك في ظل تفردها بالاعتماد على الاتصال عبر الحواسيب الإلكترونية الأمر الذي جعلها تمهد الطريق لعصر اتصالي جديد يعتمد على الوسائط المتعددة في تقديمه للمضمون، وعلى التفاعلية في أساليب الاتصال بالجماهير وذلك في ظل التقنية الرقمية. واهتمت ليبيا في السنوات الأخيرة بشبكة الاتصالات مما أدى إلى زيادة انتشار شبكة المعلومات الدولية بشكل ملحوظ حيث فتح الباب أمام جميع الجهات العامة والخاصة والأفراد كما تعددت طرق تقديم خدمات التزود بشبكة المعلومات الدولية وذلك عن طريق الهاتف المحمول والهاتف الأرضي اللاسلكي (الريفي) وعن طريق خدمات ADSL وخدمة Y. MAX كل ذلك ساهم في انتشار الشبكة بشكل كبير داخل ليبيا حتى وصلت إلى قرى ومدن نائية. هدف الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستويات وأنماط تعرض الشباب الجامعي الليبي لشبكة المعلومات الدولية وذلك من خلال التعرف على المضامين التي يتعرض لها الشباب الجامعي الليبي ومعرفة اتجاهاته حول الشبكة إضافة إلى معرفة دوافع الاعتماد لديه والآثار المترتبة على شبكة المعلومات، واعتمد هذا البحث على منهج المسح لعينة من الشباب الجامعي الليبي في ثلاث من الجامعات الليبية. مشكلة البحث: تتمثل مشكلة البحث في السعي لمعرفة أنماط تعرض الشباب الجامعي الليبي لشبكة المعلومات الدولية والآثار المترتبة على ذلك التعرض والمتغيرات المؤثرة في التعرض وعلاقة كثافة التعرض بالاعتماد على الشبكة، وبذلك فإن الباحث حدد مشكلة البحث في الآتي إلى أي مدى يتعرض الشباب الجامعي الليبي لشبكة المعلومات الدولية وما هي دوافع ذلك التعرض والآثار المترتبة عليه. أدوات جمع البيانات: إستخدم الباحث استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينة البحث، حيث تم تصميم استمارة استبيان احتوت على عشرين سؤالا تضمنت أهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها. مجتمع البحث والعينة: طبق البحث على عينة عشوائية منتظمة مكونة من 300 مفردة من طلاب ثلاث جامعات ليبية في ثلاث مدن مختلفة وأجريت الدراسة خلال الفترة من 1/3/2010 إلى 30/3/2010. أهم النتائج: 1) تعتبر شبكة المعلومات الدولية (الإنترنت) أهم المصادر التي يعتمد عليها الشباب الجامعي الليبي في الحصول على المعلومات، ويرجع السبب في ذلك إلى تنوعها وسرعة الحصول عليها. 2) جاءت الدوافع الطقوسية في مقدمة الدوافع التي تجعل الشباب الليبي يعتمد على شبكة المعلومات الدولية تلتها الدوافع المعرفية. 3) يفضل الشباب الجامعي الليبي الدخول إلى المواقع الثقافية أكثر من غيرها من المواقع. 4) جاءت الآثار المعرفية في مقدمة الآثار التي تحدثها الشبكة على الشباب الجامعي تلتها الآثار الوجدانية. 5) ظهر أن الذكور يعتمدون على شبكة المعلومات (الإنترنت) أكثر من الإناث. 6) لم يثبت دور لمتغير التخصص العلمي في مدى كثافة التعرض للشبكة. Represents the international information network (Internet) in the contemporary world a technological options contemporary to the public, whether they are academics or journalists or ordinary users, and so increased public attention and official out and became one of the basic tools of media and academic, and in light of the uniqueness by relying on communication via computer electronic, which make them pave the way for a new era of communicative depends on the multimedia presentation of the content and the interactive methods of communication with the masses and in light of digital technology. And focused on Libya in recent years, telephone network, which led to the further spread of the international information network significantly in terms of opening the door to all public and private entities and individuals as varied methods of services supply network, the Internet and through mobile phone and landline the wireless (rural) and by services ADSL service and Y. MAX All this contributed to the spread of the network significantly in Libya until they reached the remote villages and cities. Objectives: This study aimed to detect the levels and patterns of exposure of young people of university Libyan international information network, through the identification of content experienced by university students of Libya and knowledge of trends on the network in addition to the motive of the accreditation and the implications of the information network. Research problem: The researcher identified the research problem in the following: the extent to which young people are university Libyan international information network and are the motives of the exposure and its implications. Tools: The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection from the research sample, the designed questionnaire contained twenty questions included the objectives of the study and its questions. Research community and the sample: Applied research on random sample of 300 students from a single three universities in three Libyan cities of different study was conducted during the period from 1/3/2010 to 30/3/2010. Results: 1) Is the international information network (Internet), the most important sources relied upon by Libyan university students access to information, due to the diversity and speed of access. 2) Ritual motives were at the forefront of the motives that make young Libyan depends on the international information network, followed by cognitive motives. 3) Libyan university students prefer to access cultural sites more than other sites. 4) Came at the forefront of cognitive effects of the impact of the network on university students, followed by emotional effects. 5) It showed that males rely on the information network (Internet) than females. 6) It did not prove the role of variable scientific specialization in the intensity of exposure for the network.
