هدف هذه الدراسة تفحّص أثر استراتيجيّة مبنية على التخيل في تحسين مهارات التعبير الكتابي الإبداعي لدى طلبة الصف العاشر في دولة الكويت. تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من شعبتين للصف العاشر، قسمتا إلى مجموعة تجريبية وأخرى ضابطة، وبلغت كل مجموعة 22 طالبًا، واستمرت مدّة الدراسة 10 أسابيع. وتألفت الاستراتيجية من أربع مراحل: إسترجاع الخبرات السّابقة- لعب الدّور وتوظيف الحواسّ- التّلخيص- الإخراج، طبّقت الاستراتيجية على عينة من دروس كتاب "العربية لغتنا" للصّفّ العاشر الصّادر عن وزارة التربية في دولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحثان إختبارا قبليا تأكدا من صدقه وثباته، وقاسا فيه ثلاث مهارات في التعبير الكتابي الإبداعي هي كتابة رسالة قصيرة- التّعبير عن المشاعر- كتابة رسالة طويلة، وأعيد تنفيذ الاختبار عقب تطبيق الاستراتيجية؛ وحللت النّتائج باستخدام اختبار "ت". أظهرت النتائج تفوّق المجموعة التجريبية في مهارات التّعبير الكتابي الإبداعيّ بدلالة إحصائية عند مستوى α=0.05، وأوصى الباحثان باستخدام الاستراتيجيّة في تدريس التعبير الكتابيّ. This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of a strategy based on imagination on improving creative composition skills among a sample of the 10th graders in the State of Kuwait. The used strategy consisted of four stages: Reviewing of past experiences, Play a role using senses, Summarizing, and Output. The sample of the study, which was divided into a treatment group and a control one, consisted of two classes of the 10th grade. Each class consisted of 22 students. The study lasted for ten weeks. The strategy was applied on a sample of lessons of Arabic Language text book for the 10th grade in the State of Kuwait.The study used a pre-test, post-test after the treatment. The exam contained three creative composition skills, “t” test was used to analyze the results. The results revealed that the treatment group’s performance increased in creative composition skills statistically α= 0.05. The important implication of this study was to apply the strategy as a method of teaching. (Published abstract)
