هدفت الدراسة: إلى تعرّف درجة تحسين الإشراف التربوي التطوري للممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي اللغة العربية، مع الكشف عن أثر متغيرات الدراسة على آراء معلمي اللغة العربية في درجة التحسن نتيجة للإشراف التربوي التطوري. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة؛ تم بناء مقياس مكون من 62 عبارة وزعت على ثلاثة محاور: الأول: الإشراف التطوري وممارسات التخطيط للتدريس، والثاني: الإشراف التطوري وممارسات تطبيق التدريس، والثالث: الإشراف التطوري وممارسات تقويم التدريس، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 164 معلما ومعلمة من معلمي وكالة الغوث الدولية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن الإشراف التربوي التطوري يحسن الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي اللغة العربية بدرجة كبيرة جدا، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التحسين تعزى لمتغير: الجنس والمرحلة التعليمية، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: عقد دورات تدريبية للمشرفين التربويين؛ لتطوير مهاراتهم في مجال استخدام الإشراف التطوري في ممارساتهم الإشرافية على المعلمين؛ لتحسين أدائهم. This study aims at exploring the extent of improving the developmental educational supervision of the teaching practices of Arabic language teachers. In addition, it also seeks for exploring the effect of the study variables on the Arabic language teachers’ opinions about the improvement level as a result to the developmental educational supervision. To achieve the study purpose, a scale of 62 items was built. The scale has three domains: First, the developmental supervision and the teaching planning practices. Second, The developmental supervision and the teaching application practices. Third, The developmental supervision and the teaching evaluation practices. The researcher used the qualitative research. The sample of the study was 164 female and male UN teachers in Gaza. The sample of the study was chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the developmental educational supervision improves the teaching practices of the Arabic language teachers. Moreover, the results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences of the improvement level concerning gender and the school grade. While there are statistically significant differences concerning the experience years. The researcher recommends holding training courses for the educational supervisors to develop their use of the developmental supervision in their supervision practices on teachers in order to improve their performance.
