هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل لمهارات التعبير الشفوي من وجهة نظرهم، والصعوبات التي تواجههم داخل المحاضرة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل، ولأغراض الدراسة؛ تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية بلغت305 طلاب وطالبات، وقد تم حساب معامل الثبات حيث بلغ معامل الثبات الكلي للأداة 0.87 وهو معامل ثبات مرتفع ومناسب لأغراض الدراسة الحالية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1) جاء المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لمدى امتلاك طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل لمهارات التعبير الشفوي متدنياً حيث بلغ 2.9 أي ما نسبته 58% وهو متوسط يقل عن المعيار المعتمد في الدراسة وهو 3.5 أي: ما يعادل 70%. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة =α 0.05 حول مدى امتلاك طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل لمهارات التعبير الشفوي تعزى إلى الجنس لصالح الإناث. وكان من أهم توصيات البحث ما يلي: 1) عقد ورش مختصة لطلبة الكليات يتم من خلالها تنمية مهارات التعبير الشفوي. 2) عقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بمختلف الاختصاصات؛ بهدف تعريفهم بمهارات التعبير الشفوي واستراتيجيات تنميتها عند الطلاب. The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent to which students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail to the skills of oral expression of their point of view And the difficulties they face in the lecture. The study population consisted of all students in the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail For the purposes of the study sample was chosen randomly at 305 students, Reliability coefficient was calculated as the total stability coefficient of the tool 0.87, a reliability coefficient is high and appropriate for the purposes of the present study. The study concluded the following: 1) The arithmetic mean of the overall extent to which students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail to the skills of oral expression low Where was 2.9, a rate 58%, which is the average less than the standard adopted in the study, 3.5 which is equivalent to 70%. 2) There are differences statistically significant at the significance level α =0.05 about the extent to which students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail to the skills of oral expression due to gender in favor of females. One of the main recommendations of the research include: 1) specialized workshops for students of colleges from which to develop the skills of oral expression. 2) Training sessions for faculty members in various disciplines to familiarize them with the skills of oral expression and the development strategies of the students.
