هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف مستوى مقروئية كتب تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها- المستوى المتقدم- في معهدي تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها في جامعة أم القرى، والجامعة الإسلامية، وذلك من خلال ثلاث أدوات هي: (اختبار التتمة، واختبار الفهم، واختبار سرعة القراءة) أظهرت نتائج الاختبارات السابقة اتفاقا عاما في نتائجها، حيث إن اختبار التتمة كانت نتائجه في كلا المعهدين في المستوى الإحباطي، وكذلك اختبار الفهم لم يصل إلى المستوى الذاتي، بل بقي في المستويين الإحباطي، والتعليمي، أما اختبار السرعة فلم يصل إلى الحد المأمول، حيث إن قراءة طلاب المعهدين تراوحت بين البطيئة، والبطيئة جدا، ولم تصل إلى المستوى الذي يتوقع من طلاب يدرسون في المستوى المتقدم في معهد تعليم اللغة العربية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعويد أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمدرسين على إجراء الدراسات الميدانية المتنوعة التي تساعد على تطوير مستوى تعليم اللغة للناطقين بغيرها، بالإضافة إلى إعادة طباعة كتب تعليم العربية بصورة دورية، بما يتماشى مع معايير تأليف الكتب التعليمية. The present study aimed to recognize the level of readability of written Arabic language to the non Arabic- advanced level- in the institutes of teaching Arabic to non Arabic speakers in Umm Al Qura University, the Islamic University, through three tools: (Cloze test, understanding test, and the speed of reading test), the results of previous tests showed general agreement in their findings, the Cloze test results were in both institutes at the frustration level, the understanding test has not reached the self level, but stayed at frustrating and educational levels, the speed test did not reach the limit is hoped, where the students reading in the two institutes ranging from the slow, very slow, and did not reach the level that is expected of the students studying at the advanced level in the Teaching Arabic Institute, the study recommended the need to familiarize faculty members, and teachers to conduct variety of field studies that help to develop the standard of language teaching for the non Arabic addition to periodically re-print of the Teaching Arabic boots, in accordance with writing books standards.
