It argues that sexual education is a right for each pupil and it must be taught to all grades at school. This education will help pupils to understand each stage of their development, namely childhood, adolescence and adulthood. These stages will influence their future choice of occupation. The implementation of such an education system in the Lebanese curriculum would require mentoring for the teachers. The teachers will have to learn suitable ways of teaching sciences for each age group, as well as using technological tools in classrooms. Moreover, most stakeholders such as government, parents, students and teachers should be involved in the practice of such an education system in order to provide a healthy sexual life for the children. For example, the government should control this education system to put it into practice and ensure good communication between different stakeholders. This suggestion will bring lots of benefits to society if implemented and applied. As a contribution to knowledge, this thesis attempts to highlight the benefits of multimedia technology in sexual education, by means of creating and testing an interactive CD-ROM on a sample of current Lebanese students. Doing so aims to satisfy students’ curiosity, address whatever questions they have, and uncover misunderstandings related to sexual education topics, in an enjoyable and scientific way.
