The researcher used the mapping descriptive method. The study sample consist of (343) Students. A questionnaire was developed to achieve the objectives of the study. The study reached a number of results namely: The attitudes of Jordanian private university students in Amman city to the social networks were high. The problems of study among Jordanian private university students in Amman city was high, where the social problems ranked first, followed by psychological problems ranked second, then academic problems ranked third, and finally, in fourth ranked administrative problems. There are no differences in the attitudes of Jordanian university students towards social networks due to the college and gender. There are no differences on some problems due to the college and gender. The study recommends that universities must giving greater importance to the social networks after the results of the study showed a positive contribution to solving the problems facing Jordanian private university students in the Amman city.
