A1 عفونة، سائدة. A2 جيتاوي، هبة AB The study followed the descriptive analytical method, because it is appropriate to the nature of this study, by qualitive and quantitive tools. The study sample was (433) students, were selected by a stratified random manner to vocational training institutions. And to the interview tool a sample of (15) was selected sample of fifteen of vocational institutions principals'. The interview results showed that, the institutions principals' and deans believe that the specializations and programs offered for females are appropriate, and the demand for Beautician and sewing specializations are still great, this demand linked with the culture of the society, which hinders females to be upon new aspects. The principals of the professional institutions have no objection in teaching and training without being as a main course. The questionnaire results showed that the gendered analysis of technical and vocational training and education from students point of view, for the study domains, was among medium and large, the percentages for response were (65.7%) between domains, machines infrastructure, (78.22%) for the second sector, creating job opportunities, so it was big in comparison with the common rate of the whole sections. The study recommended the necessity of curriculum and training programs developing to be suitable for gender.
