هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن متطلبات تطبيق بحوث الفعل في كليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية والوقوف على مدى اختلاف تلك المتطلبات باختلاف متغيرات : نوع عضو هيئة التدريس، ودرجته العلمية، والجامعة، والتخصص، و وضع التوصيات والمقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في قيام أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببحوث الفعل بكفاءة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة موضوعها، مستعينة بالاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية، وقد اشتملت الاستبانة على (48) عبارة، وطبقت على عينة قوامها (381) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية. وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أن من أهم المتطلبات اللازمة لقيام عضو هيئة التدريس بالجامعات بإجراء بحوث الفعل بصورة فعالة: امتلاك القدرة على توظيف مهارات التفكير العليا، وامتلاك القدرة على فهم العلاقة بين الظاهرة وسياقها، وبين العناصر المكونة لها، وامتلاكه القدرة على تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات ويسهم فيها، وقيام الكلية بتوفير الحرية المهنية لعضو هيئة التدريس. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة : ضرورة تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس على ممارسة وإجراء بحوث الفعل، وذلك من خلال : عقد ورش عمل لتدريبهم على بحوث الفعل، وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات حول بحوث الفعل ودورها في خدمة المجال التربوي، وتناول حلقات نقاشية (السمينار) حول بحوث الفعل وسبل الإفادة منها. The aim of the study was to identify the requirements for applying action research in the faculties of education at Egyptian universities and to determine the extent to which these requirements vary according to different variables: gender of faculty member, scientific degree, university and specialization; and to develop recommendations and proposals that could contribute to do action research by teaching staff. The study used the descriptive approach to deal with its subject matter, using the questionnaire to collect field study data. The questionnaire included 48 phrases and was applied to a sample of 381 faculty members in the faculties of education at Egyptian universities In its findings, the study found that one of the most important requirements for action research by university faculty members is: having the ability to employ higher-level thinking skills, having the ability to understand the relationship between the phenomenon and its context, and its components, having the ability to organize and contribute in conferences and seminars, and providing professional freedom to a faculty member. One of the main recommendations of the study is that teaching staff should be encouraged to practice and do action research. (Published abstract)
