هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتضمنت عينة البحث (71) طالبا من طلاب معهد اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل لها الباحث قائمة بمشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخرى، وقد تكونت من محورين، تشتمل على (42) عبارة. وأن أكبر مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى هي مشكلة "ضعف شبكة الإنترنت". كما توصل الى أن أقل مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني توافرا لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى هي مشكلة "شكوى الطلاب من وجود مشكلات صحية تعيقهم من استخدام التقنية". كما تبين أن أفراد عينة البحث يوافقون على سبل علاج مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى (بدرجة كبيرة). وأن أكثر سبل علاج مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني تتمثل "قوة شبكة الإنترنت". كما أن أقل علاج مشكلات تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني تتمثل في "علاج المشكلات الصحية التي تعيق من استخدام التقنية". The research aimed to identify the problems of applying e-learning in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. It used the descriptive analytical method. The research sample included (71) students from the institute of Arabic language for non-native speakers. The most important findings of the researcher are a list of problems with the application of e-learning to learner’s Arabic language for non-native speakers, and it consisted of two axes, including (42) phrases. The biggest problem in applying e-learning to learner’s Arabic language for non-native speakers is the problem of "weakness of internet network". It also found that the least available problem of the application of e-learning to learners of the Arabic language for non-native speakers, which is the problem of "students' complaints about the existence of health problems that hinder them from using technology". It was also found that the members of the research sample agree on ways to solve the problems of applying e-learning to Arabic language learners who speak other languages (to a large extent). And that the most effective way to solve the problems of applying e-learning is the "power of the internet network". Also, the least solution to the problems of applying e-learning is to "treat health problems that hinder the use of technology". (Published abstract)
