هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على درجة توفّر كفايات إدارة الأزمات لدى قائدات مدارس بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، والكشف عما إذا كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة لدرجة توفّر كفايات إدارة الأزمات لدى قائدات مدارس بمحافظة بيشة تعزى لمتغيرات: (المرحلة التعليمية- سنوات الخبرة– الدورات التدريبية)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والتي طبقت على عينة بلغت (2395) معلمة بإدارة تعليم محافظة بيشة للعام الدارسي 1440/1441هـ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة توفر كفايات إدارة الأزمات لدى قائدات المدارس بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمات جاءت عالية في (التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والمتابعة) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ α) بين أفراد عينة الدّراسة حول درجة توفر كفايات إدارة الأزمات لدى قائدات المدارس بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات (المرحلة التعليمية - سنوات الخبرة - الدورات التدريبية)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لقائدات المدارس حول كفايات إدارة الأزمات، وكيفية توظيفها داخل المدارس. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of crisis management competencies among school leaders in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the mean responses of the study sample to the degree of availability of crisis management competencies among school leaders in Bisha governorate, it is attributed to variables: (educational stage - years of experience - training courses), and the study used the correlative descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, which was applied to a sample of (2395) a teacher in the Bisha governorate education department for the academic year 1440/1441 AH, and the study concluded that the degree of availability of crisis management competencies among school leaders in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ point of view was high in (planning, organizing, directing and following up). There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the study sample members about the degree of availability of crisis management competencies among school leaders in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ point of view, it is attributed to the variables (educational stage - years of experience - training courses), and in light of these results the study recommended the necessity of holding a role training and workshops for school leaders on crisis management competencies, and how to employ them in schools.
