هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن علاقة الذكاء الأخلاقي بدافعية الإنجاز لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة العرضيات، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي ودافعية الإنجاز لديهن تبعا لمتغير التخصص (علمي- أدبي)، وباتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ طبق مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز على عينة عشوائية بلغت (329) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة العرضيات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط درجات طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة العرضيات على مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي؛ بلغ (3.13)، وبلغ متوسطهن على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز (2.92). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة العرضيات؛ تعزى لمتغير التخصص (أدبي-علمي)؛ لصالح طالبات التخصص العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى الطالبات في دافعية الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير التخصص (أدبي-علمي)؛ لصالح طالبات التخصص العلمي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقديم البرامج التدريبية التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى الطالبات، وتنمية القيم الأخلاقية التي من شأنها تطوير مستوى التكقدم والإنجاز. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between moral intelligence and motivation of achievement among the secondary school students in the province of Al-Orthiat, and also to reveal the essential differences of the moral intelligence and motivation of achievement among secondary school students according to specialization variable (scientific-literary). To achieve the objectives of the study the moral intelligence and achievement motivation scale had been applied on about (329) students chosen by stratified random sample. The results had revealed that all dimensions of the measure of moral intelligence and achievement motivation applies to students are above mid-level degree. Also, the results revealed a significant statistical difference between the mean score responses to the moral intelligence scale due to the specialization variable (scientific-literary). The results also showed that there is a positive relationship between moral intelligence students’ responses and their responses on the motivation of achievement scale, also the result showed the contributing moral intelligence in predicting and interpreted (23.2%) of the total variance of the motivation of achievement. Finally, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which was the introduction of a training group that is concerned with the intensification and care of ethics.
