هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة المشكلات التي تواجه جامعة القدس المفتوحة في فلسطين جراء عمل المشرفين الاكاديميين غير المتفرغين. ونظرا لمحدودية مجتمع الدراسة، فقد اتيح أسلوب المسح الشامل في جمع للمعلومات، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المناطق التعليمية والمراكز الدراسية والمساعدين الاكاديميين والإداريين والبالغ عددهم (45) مسوؤلا في الجامعة، وزعت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة تمثل المشكلات الادارية والأكاديمية، وجرى التحقق من صدق الأداة بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، بالإضافة إلى حساب مصفوفة ارتباط الفقرات مع الدرجة الكلية للأدلة، وجرى التحقق من ثباتها باحتساب معامل الثبات ( كرونباخ ألفا) حيث بلغ 94.0. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة المشكلات التي تواجه جامعة القدس المفتوحة جراء عمل المشرفين الاكاديميين غير المتفرغين بشكل عام متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي ( 3.39)، وجاء في مقدمتها المشكلات الأكاديمية بمتوسط حسابي (3.41) ثم المشكلات الإدارية بمتوسط حسابي (3.37)، وأشارت نتاثج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات التي نواجه الجامعة جراء عمل المشرفين الاكاديميين غير المتفرغين تعزى يتغير المنطقة (الضفة الغربية، قطاع غزة، المؤهل العلمي والوظيفة وسنوات الخبرة). وخرجت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات. The present study aims at identifying the difficulties facing Al_Quds Open University ( QOU) in Palestine as a result of employing part_time academic supervisors. Total survey method was used in collecting data and information from the population of study which consisted of all directors of educational regions, study centers, academics and administrative assistants totalled 45. A 32-item questionnaire was distributed to 45 persons, the items of this questionnaire represent the academic and administrative difficulties. Validity was established by showing the instrument to group of juries who have expertise and specialization, in addition to computing the correlation matrix of the items with the total degree of the questionnaire were computed. Reliability was achieved by computing reliability coefficient of Cronbach Alpha (0.94). The results of the study revealed that the degree of difficulties facing QOU as a result of employing part_time academic supervisors was medium mean 3.39. Academic difficulties came top mean 3.41 followed by administrative difficulties mean 3.37. Results also indicates that there are no statistically significant differences in difficulties facing QOU as a result of employing part _time academic supervisors that can be attributed to the variables: region (West Bank, Gaza Strip), academic qualification, post and years of experience. Finally, the study concluded with a number recommendations. (Published Abstract)
