تعتبر أخلاقيات البحث العلمي وما تتضمنه من قواعد أخلاقية وسمات شخصية للباحث الأكاديمي من المعايير المهمة والأساسية لتحقيق الجودة المطلوبة للبحث العلمي وتفعيل دوره في التطوير والتنمية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التوصل لصيغة مقترحة لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في ضوء تقدير أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة القصيم، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة والتي طبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة من مختلف الكليات النظرية والتطبيقية ومن جميع الدرجات العلمية أستاذ وأستاذ مشارك وأستاذ مساعد، ومن الجنسين ذكور وإناث، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة تقديرا عاليا لأهمية أخلاقيات البحث العلمي في جميع الجوانب التي اشتملت عليها الاستبانة وجاء في مقدمتها الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالنشر العلمي ثم الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالمنهجية العلمية للبحث تليها الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالقضايا الصحية والبيئية ثم الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالباحث العلمي وصفاته وفي الترتيب الخامس جاءت الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالجامعة والجهات الداعمة تلاها الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالمستهدفين بالبحث ثم الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية للباحث وأخيرا جاء في المرتبة الثامنة الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بزملائه الباحثين، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بأهمية دراسة كل جانب من هذه الجوانب على حدة من حيث ممارستها والوعي بها من قبل الباحثين، وكذلك تزويد الباحثين من طلاب الدراسات العليا بهذه الأخلاقيات من خلال مقرر دراسي منفصل، ومتابعة مدى التزام الباحثين بهذه الأخلاقيات في مسيرتهم البحثية. The ethics of scientific research in terms of the ethical rules and personality traits of the academic researcher are important and fundamental criteria for achieving the required quality of scientific research and activating its role in development and advancement. This study aims to formulate a suggested proposal for the ethics of scientific research in the light of the assessment of the faculty members of Qassim University for this ethics. The study used the questionnaire as an instrument, and it was applied to a sample of faculty members of the university, from different theoretical and applied colleges. The results of the study showed a high appreciation of the importance of scientific research ethics in all aspects. Ethics related to scientific publishing ranked first, ethics related to the scientific methodology of research, ethics in health and environmental issues, and ethics related to scientific researcher and his qualities. Ethics related to the university and the supporting bodies came in the fifth ranking, ethics related to the research subjects, ethics related to the social responsibility of the researcher and finally ethics relating to the researcher's relationship with fellow researchers ranked eighth. In the light of these findings, the study recommended the importance of carrying out studies on the ethics of scientific research, in terms of awareness and the extent of practice in reality by researchers, as well as providing graduate students with this ethics through a separate course.
