تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المؤشرات الإحصائية، والإنجازات الأكاديمية، والتوجهات المستقبلية لجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في ضوء التقرير السنوي للعام 2015-2016، والخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة (2012-2017). وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقام الباحث بتحليل البيانات وتصنيفها للتعرف على المؤشرات الإحصائية المختلفة والمتنوعة حول رؤية الجامعة وأهدافها وقيمها وحول عدد الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والبحث العلمي في الجامعة، ومؤشرات خدمة المجتمع المحلي، وعدد الطلبة الوافدين من الخارج، وعدد طلبة الماجستير، وعدد البحوث المشورة في مجلات علمية محكمة عالمية، ونسبة ميزانية البحث العلمي، وعدد العاملين من الإداريين، وتوصل الباحث الى النتائج التالية: أن الجامعة تعمل بشكل مستمر ومتواصل من خلال الخطط والبرامج أن تصل الجامعة الى مكانة مرموقة محلياً وإقليمياً في برامجها وأنشطتها البحثية، ومعايير الاعتماد العالمية لضمان الجودة والارتقاء بمستوى التعليم الجامعي، ورفد السوق المحلي والإقليمي بالكوادر المتخصصة، والخبرات المؤهلة القادرة على التطوير والإبداع والقيادات المدربة الفاعلة، أما قيم الجامعة فهي: الإنماء الوطني، والتعلم المستمر، العدالة في التقييم، والإخلاص، والنزاهة، والريادة والابتكار، والعمل الجماعي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً أن جامعة البلقاء الطبيقية تعتبر من الجامعات الرائدة في مجال التعليم العالي في الأردن، وإنها من أقدم الجامعات حيث تم تأسيسها في عام 1997م. تضم الجامعة (18) كلية جامعية وجامعية متوسطة، وتشرف على جميع كليات المجتمع الحكومية والعسكرية والخاصة والدولية وعددها (40)، وتشتمل على تخصصات اكاديمية منها (59) برنامج في البكالوريوس والشهادة الجامعية المتوسطة (98) و(20) في الماجستير ويعمل في الجامعة (1467) عضو هيئة تدريس من رتب مختلفة أكاديمية و(2707) موظف في الدوائر الإدارية. ونسبة الأكاديميين إلى الإداريين (1-18). وتم حوسبة امتحان الشامل لكليات المجتمع بالكامل، وتم ترقية (85) عضو هيئة تدريس وبنسبة 85%، وبدأ التدريس الفعلي بالجامعة في الفصل الدراسي 1997-1998، وفي مجال البحث العلمي بلغت المشاريع المدعومة من الخارج 5.3 مليون دينار وكانت موجهة نحو مشاريع الطاقة الشمسة، والسياحة والهندسة، والتقنية والزراعة. This study aims to identify statistical indicators, academic achievements, and future directions of the University of Balqa Al-Da'adin in light of the annual report for 2015-2016, and the strategic plan of the university (2017-2012) the researcher has used the descriptive curriculum analytical, the researcher analyzed the data and classified them to identify the various statistical indicators about the vision of the university and its objectives and values and about the number of students and faculty and scientific research at the university, indicators of community service, the number of students coming from abroad, the number of master's students, and the number of research advice in scientific journals are a global court, the percentage of the scientific research budget, and the number of administrative staff, and the researcher reached the following conclusions: the university works continuously and continuously through plans and programs to reach the university to a prominent position locally and regionally in its programs and research activities, and the standards of accreditation international to ensure quality and upgrade the level of university education, and provided the local and regional market with specialized cadres, qualified expertise capable of development and trained leaders active, and the values of the university are national development, continuous learning, justice in evaluation, sincerity, integrity, leadership and innovation, and teamwork, the results of the study also found that Balqa Medical University is one of the leading universities in the field of higher education in Jordan, and it is one of the oldest universities where it was established in 1997. The university comprises (18) university and middle university colleges, and oversees all the community's public, military, private and international colleges and number (40), and includes academic specialties including (59) program in bachelor's and middle degree (98), and (20) in master's and works at the university (1467) faculty member of different academic ranks and (2707) employees in administrative departments and the ratio of academics to administrators (1-18). In the 1997-1998 semester, in the field of scientific research, projects supported by abroad amounted to 3.5 million dinars and were geared towards solar energy projects, tourism, engineering, technology and agriculture.
