هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي لأساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي وعلاقته بالأداء المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (236) معلما ومعلمة، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون باعداد استبانة لهذا الغرض تكونت من جزأين، الجزء الأول شمل على المتغيرات الشخصية للمستجيبين، والجزء الثاني تكون من (40) فقرة تقيس أساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي، و(39) فقرة تقيس الأداء المدرسي. وطبقت أداة الدراسة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي في هذه الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي لأساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي جاءت كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسطات الحسابية لفقرات مجالات مستوى الأداء المدرسي لدى معلمي مدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث من وجهة نظر المعلمين قد جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي لأساليب إدارة الصراع التنظيمي وبين درجة الاداء المدرسي، حيث بلغت قيمة الارتباط (0.835). The study aimed to identify the practice of intermediate schools in the northern triangle region for organizational conflict management and its relationship with school performance from teachers' perspective. The sample of the study was consisted of 236 male and female teachers, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researchers have developed a questionnaire for this purpose and it consisted of two pars, the first included the respondents’' personal variables and the second included 40 items that assess organizational conflict management method and 39 items that assess school performance. After checking for its consistency and reliability, the tool was applied and the descriptive approach was utilized in this study. The results of the study indicated that intermediate schools principals' practice level for organizational conflicts' management in the northern triangle region was high , and means for the items of school performance in the northern triangle region were at high level from their perspective, and finally the results indicated a significant statistical positive correlation between principals practice for organization; conflict management methods and school performance level as the correlation value was (0.835).
