هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى امتلاك طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة الباحة لعادات العقل، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (260) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا (الماجستير والدبلوم العام في التربية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس عادات العقل للكشف عن مستوى عادات العقل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وقد تم تطبيقه خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام 1438/1439 هـ. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى امتلاك أفراد عينة الدراسة لعادات العقل التي تضمنها المقياس جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي لدرجات الطلبة من (5.00) على النحو التالي: (المثابرة: 10.4، التحكم بالتهور: 95.3، التفكير والتواصل بوضوح ودقة: 88.3، تطبيق المعارف الماضية على أوضاع جديدة: 64.3، التفكير بمرونة: 43.3). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى امتلاك عادات العقل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقاً للمرحلة الدراسية (الماجستير/ الدبلوم العام في التربية) ولصالح مرحلة الماجستير، وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق غير دالة إحصائياً في مستوى امتلاك عادات العقل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور/إناث). The study aimed at identifying the level of possession of postgraduate students in the education college at Al-Baha University for the habits of the mind. The study sample consisted of (260) male and female graduate students (masters and general diploma in education). To achieve the objectives of the study was used descriptive approach, and the researcher built a measure of the habits of the mind to reveal the level of habits of mind among the sample of the study, has been applied during the first semester of the year 14338/1439. The results of the study showed that the level of ownership of the sample of the study of the habits of mind included in the scale was high. The arithmetic mean of the students' grades was (5.00) as follows: (persisting: 4.10, managing impulsivity: 3.95, thinking and communicating with clarity precise: 3.88, applying past knowledge to new situations: 3.64, thinking flexibly: 3.34). The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of possession of the habits of mind among the study sample members according to the stage of study (master / general diploma in education) and for the benefit of the master stage. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of possession of the habits of mind in the sample of the study according to the gender variable (male / female).
