هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح باستخدام نموذج فیفر یعمل على تطویر الخدمات المجتمعیة المقدمة من کلیة ریاض الأطفال لمؤسسات رعایة الطفل بمحافظة بورسعید، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي وتکونت عینة البحث من (60) من أولیاء أمور الأطفال بالحضانات التابعة لمدیریة التضامن، (80) من أولیاء أمور الأطفال بالروضات التابعة لوزارة التربیة والتعلیم ببورسعید، (18) من موجهات ریاض الأطفال، (48) من معلمات ریاض، (12) من مدیري، وموظفي مؤسسات المحرومین من الرعایة الأسریة، والرعایة البدیلة، (20) من مدیري، وموظفي جمعیات التأهیل الاجتماعي ومؤسسات التثقیف الفکري للمعاقین، (14) من مدیري، وموظفي أندیة الطفل، (6) من مدیري، وموظفي مکاتب التوجیه والاستشارات الأسریة بمحافظة بورسعید، و(28) من أعضاء هیئة التدریس، والهیئة المعاونة بکلیة ریاض الأطفال ببورسعید. وکان من أهم النتائج حصر احتیاجات مؤسسات رعایة الطفل بمحافظة بورسعید التي یمکن أن تساهم کلیة ریاض الأطفال فی الوفاء بها، وتحدید الخدمات المجتمعیة التی یمکن أن تقدمها کلیة ریاض الأطفال لمؤسسات رعایة الطفل بمحافظة بورسعید، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هیئة التدریس، والمتطلبات اللازمة للقیام بتلك الخدمات، ووضع تصور مقترح باستخدام نموذج فیفر لتطویر الخدمات المجتمعیة المقدمة من کلیة ریاض الأطفال لمؤسسات رعایة الطفل بمحافظة بورسعید. The research aims to develop a suggested using a form Pfeffer works on the development of community services provided by the faculty of kindergarten for child care institutions in port said governorate, has been used search descriptive approach consisted research sample of 60 parents of children nurseries of the directorate of solidarity, (80) parents of children kindergartens of the ministry of education in Port Said, (18) of the directors of kindergartens, (48) from the kindergarten teachers, (12) of the managers, the staff of the disadvantaged institutions of family care, alternative care, (20) of the managers, staff associations social rehabilitation institutions and intellectual education for the disabled, (14) of the managers and staff of child clubs, (6) of managers, staff guidance and counseling family in Port Said governorate offices, and (28) of the faculty, and ancillary staff at the faculty of kindergarten in Port Said, and it was the most important results limited to child care in Port Said governorate that could college kindergarten contributes to the fulfillment of their institutions' needs, identify community services that can be provided by the faculty of kindergarten institutions child care in Port Said governorate, from the standpoint of the faculty, and requirements necessary to carry out these services, and visualize proposed using a form Pfeffer for the development of community services provided by the faculty of kindergarten for child care institutions in Port Said governorate.
