هدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات استخدام الشبكات الإلكترونية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية من خلال استراتيجيات مجموعات العمل الجماعي (التعلم التعاوني الإلكتروني / المناقشة الإلكترونية) في بيئة تعلم إلكترونية ثلاثية الأبعاد، اتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث تم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى مجموعتين تجريبيتين: الأولى درست باستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني الإلكتروني، الثانية درست استراتيجية المناقشة الإلكترونية، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث المتمثلة في الاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات استخدام الشبكات الإلكترونية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات استخدام الشبكات الإلكترونية قبليا على عينة البحث، ثم تطبيق التجربة وإعادة تطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا على عينة البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبيتين في كل من الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية لمهارات استخدام الشبكات الإلكترونية بعدي الصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية (استراتيجية المناقشة الإلكترونية)، وأوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات منها توظيف استراتيجيات مجموعات العمل الجماعي الإلكترونية في مقررات إعداد طلاب الدراسات العليا تخصص تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية، وعقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل للتدريب عليها. This study aims at developing faculty of education educational technology post graduate students’ skills of using electronic networks through group work strategies (Cooperative e-learning/ e-discussion) in the 3D learning environment. The current research depends on Simi/ Quasi-experimental approach. Research sample was divided into two groups; the first group studied through Cooperative e-learning strategy، the second group studied through e- discussion strategy. To fulfil these purpose two instruments were constructed: an achievement test to assess post graduate students’ skills of using electronic networks and an observation card to measure the performance aspects of using electronic networks skills which were pre-applied to the sample. The Experimental treatment was applied، then research instruments were post applied to the research sample. Results of the research revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the two experimental groups in both cognitive and performance aspects of using electronic networks skills for the benefit of the post application in favor of the second experimental group which studied to e-discussion strategy، It was recommended that utilizing the strategies of electronic group work in the preparation of post graduate students’ courses in the field of teaching technology at the Faculty of Education in addition to holding training courses and workshops to train on it.
