هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الطاقة النفسية وعلاقتها بمفهوم الذات المهارية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد في الجامعات الأردنية، وقد استخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم تطوير مقياس بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بقياس مستوى الطاقة النفسية ومفهوم الذات المهاري، وتكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (30) فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من (72) لاعباً من لاعبي كرة اليد في الفرق الجامعية الأردنية، واختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الطاقة النفسية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد جاءت بمستوى متوسط، وأن مستو مفهوم الذات المهارية لدى اللاعبين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الطاقة النفسية ومفهوم الذات المهارية عند مستوى دلالة = 0.01، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات. The study aimed to reveal the level of mental energy and its relation to the self-concept of the skills of handball players in Jordanian universities. The researcher used the descriptive descriptive approach. A scale was developed based on a series of previous studies related to measuring the level of mental energy and self-concept. The sample of the actual study consisted of (72) handball players in the Jordanian university teams. They were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the level of mental energy among the handball players came at an average level and that the level of self concept And the existence of a relationship of statistical significance between the level of mental energy and the concept of self-skill at the level of significance = 0.01, and in the light of the results of the study presented the researcher a set of recommendations.
