هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة السلوك القيادي لدى طلبة عمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود في ضوء المتغيرات المتعلقة بالطلبة (الجنس، والمعدل التراكمي، والمسار الأكاديمي). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة للدراسة مكونة من (35) فقرة لمعرفة درجة ممارسة السلوك القيادي لدى طلبة عمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود والكشف عن الفروق في السلوك القيادي في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة . وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (463) طالباً وطالبة من الطلبة (المتفوقين والموهوبين) والطلبة العاديين بعمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2015/2016م - 1436/1437 ه، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي أن السلوك القيادي لدى الطلبة (المتفوقين والموهوبين) كان مرتفعاً بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (4.08) وانحراف معياري (0.41) وكذلك السلوك القيادي لدى الطلبة العاديين كان مرتفعاً بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.99) وانحراف معياري (0.48)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين درجة ممارسة السلوك القيادي لكل من الطلبة (المتفوقين والموهوبين) والطلبة العاديين بعمادة السنة التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود ولصالح الطلبة المتفوقين والموهوبين، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فورق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس والمعدل التراكمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لأثر متغير المسار الأكاديمي لصالح المسار (الصحي)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بالإفادة من البرنامج القيادي للطلبة (المتفوقين والموهوبين) بجامعة الملك سعود وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث حول السلوك القيادي في ضوء متغيرات أخرى .(الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed to identify the practices leadership behavior among students at the Preparatory Year at King Saud University in the light of the changes related to students (sex, grade point average and academic track). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a tool for the study consists of (35) paragraph to see the degree of leadership behavior among students at the Preparatory Year at King Saud University and detect the differences in leadership behavior in the light of the study variables. The study sample consisted of (463) students from (Distinguished Students, Gifted Students) and ordinary students at preparatory year at King Saud University in Riyadh in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016 - 1436/1437 AH .The results of the study showed after a statistical analysis that the leadership behavior of distinguished students and gifted students was high with a mean of (4.08) and a standard deviation (0.41) as well as the leadership behavior of ordinary students was high, with a mean of (3.99) and a standard deviation (0.48), and the results showed the existence of differences between the degree of leadership behavior for each of the (distinguished students , gifted students ) and ordinary at the preparatory year at King Saud University for the benefit of outstanding and distinguished students, as the results of the study showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) due to the impact of variable gender, grade point average and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) due to the impact of the academic path variable in favor of the track (of health), it has recommended the study to benefit from the leadership program for (distinguished distinguished students ,and gifted ) ones at King Saud University, and further studies and research on leadership behavior in the light of other variables.
