يتناول هذا المقال بالتحليل والنقد ثلاثة اتجاهات نظرية حول مسألة التربية على القيم (الاتجاه التربوي التقليدي-الماضوي، الاتجاه التربوي الحداثي-العصري، الاتجاه التربوي التوفيقي)؛ ويقاربها من حيث أسسها ومرتكزاتها، ومن حيث مبادئها وقيمها، ويحاول كشف حدودها وجوانب قصورها، ذلك أنه بالرغم مما يمكن أن يظهر عليه أي اتجاه من اتجاهات التربية على القيم؛ من قوة في الأسس وانسجام في المبادئ والقيم، وبالرغم مما يمكن أن يعكسه أي واحد منها من استجابة لتحديات الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي والتربوي؛ إلا أن لكل اتجاه من هذه الاتجاهات حدودا يقف عندها وجوانب ضعف وقصور؛ مردها للطبيعة المعقدة والمركبة والدينامية، التي تميز المجتمعات البشرية المعاصرة في تعدد مرجعياتها وتنوع ثقافاتها واختلاف قيمها ورهاناتها. This article analyses and criticizes three theoretical currents dealing with values building education: the traditionalist current, the modernist current and the Syncretism one. In this respect, the present article investigates their foundations. Also their values as well as their principles. It also tries to reveal their limitations and inabilities. In fact, there is no theoretical current in values building education, despite its foundations strength and its principles coherence, which has no limitations and inabilities, no matter how it responds to the challenges of educational, political and social reality. These limitations and inabilities are essentially due to the dynamic and complex nature of contemporary human societies especially their references based on pluralism, cultural diversity, and challenges of values differences.
