تعيش المجتمعات المعاصرة مجموعة من المخاطر على مستويات متعدّدة، من حوادث يومية يتعرض لها الأفراد، أو مخاطر مرتبطة بالآفات الاجتماعية أو مخاطر تهدّد الهوية الثقافية والحضارية. وهي مخاطر تسخّر لها الدّول كلّ إمكانياتها الأمنية والربوية والإعلامية لمواجهتها. ليس بالغريب اهتمام الشباب الجامعي المثقف بهذه الانشغالات، إلا أن الأساس في هذه الجهود، هو وعي المواطنين بها، ذلك أن الأمن ومواجهة مخاطره هي مسؤولية الجميع. يتطرق هذا البحث إلى دراسة مدى شعور عينة من طلبة الجامعة بمختلف المخاطر، ونظرتهم إلى طرق مواجهتها. حيث قام الباحث بتصميم أداة منهجية لقياس الوعي الأمني، "مؤشر الوعي الأمني عند الشباب". وهي عبارة عن استبيان تمّ استعماله لجمع المعطيات، مما سمح بالتعرف على نظرة الطلبة إلى الانشغالات الأمنية، وما يتمتعون به من وعي أمني. لقد أجري البحث على عينة من 80 طالبا (40 طالبا و 40 طالبة)، من مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية. حيث أثبتت النتائج شعور أفراد العينة بالمخاطر المرتبطة بالآفات الاجتماعية بالدرجة الأولى، تتبعها المخاطر المرتبطة بسلامة واستقرار الوطن. تأتي في المرتبة الثالثة البعد المتعلق بمخاطر الحضارة الصناعية مثل التلوث البيئي، ثم البنود المرتبطة بالتطرف والتسامح في المجالات المذهبية والعقدية. أما في المرتبة الأخيرة فنجد البنود المرتبطة بالأمن الفردي وإمكانية التعرض لمختلف الحوادث. Contemporary societies coexist with a range of risks, from daily accidents to risks associated with social delinquencies or threats to cultural and civilization identity. These are risks to which states provide all the necessary educational informational and security means in order to confront them. It is not surprising that students are interested in these concerns. However, the basis in these efforts is the awareness of citizens about it, as security is the responsibility of all. This research examines the extent to which a sample of university students feels different risks and how they look the ways to address them. The researcher has designed a systematic tool for measuring security awareness, ""the Youth Security Awareness Index"". It is a questionnaire used to collect data related to security awareness of a sample of Algerian university students. This made possible the identification of students' perceptions of security concerns and their security awareness. A sample of 80 students (40 males and 40 females) from various Algerian universities participated in this study. The results demonstrated the perception by members of the sample of the risks associated with social delinquency, followed by risks associated with the safety and stability of the country. The third dimension concerned the dangers of industrial civilization, such as pollution, finally we found the items associated with extremism and tolerance in doctrinal and belief areas. In the last place, we find items related to individual security and the possibility of exposure to various incidents. (Published Abstract)
