This study aimed to identify the degree of the employment of knowledge by Academic leaders in the terms of the learned organization, through the differences of views according to the differences of the variables (gender, college, academic rank, type of university, source of obtaining the last qualification and years of experience). To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was used consisting of 58 paragraphs distributed on five areas: Finding the continuous learning opportunities, Encouraging dialogue and collective cooperation, Establishing systems for sharing knowledge and learning, Forming a common collective vision and The Strategic leadership area which supports learning, and it has been verified and certificated, and the study sample consisted of 602 faculty members. The study showed that the degree of employment the knowledge management among Academic leaders in Jordanian public universities in the terms of the dimensions of the learned organization from the point of view of the faculty members was average on the total score where the mean was 2.64 and the standard deviation was 0.80. The areas of questionnaire at all levels were average except for the fifth area, The Strategic leadership area which supports learning, the Arithmetic mean ranged between 2.84 - 2.19, the first rank was the area of Establishing systems for knowledge sharing and learning, then the area of Finding the continuous learning opportunities with an average of 2.83, then the area of Encouraging dialogue and collective cooperation with an average of 2.75, then the area of Forming a common collective vision with an average of 2.66, and finally, the area of The Strategic leadership area which supports learning with an average of 2.19, with the existence of differences of statistical significance at a certain level (α<= 0.05) in the degree of employment of knowledge management among Academic leaders in Jordanian public universities in the terms of the dimensions of the learned organization from the faculty members point of view according to the variable of the type of the university for the private , with no differences of statistical significance according to the variables of gender, college, academic rank, type of university , source of obtaining the last qualification and years of experience.
