هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف على إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات استراتيجية كايزن اليابانية في كليات التربية للبنات بشقراء، وأهمية متطلبات هذه الاستراتيجية في الإدارة. للإجابة على اسئلة الدراسة استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة الوصفي، و استخدمت استبانة وزعت على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في كلية التربية للبنات بشقراء، احتوت أربعة مجالات هي (متطلبات عامة للإدارة من منظور استراتيجية كايزن، متطلبات صياغة استراتيجية كايزن، متطلبات تطبيق استراتيجية كايزن، متطلبات تقويم استراتيجية كايزن). وتم التوصل إلى النتائج باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية بإستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS، وتم التأكد من ثبات الاستبانة بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية وذلك من خلال حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ (Cronbach – Alpha)، والذي بلغ (0.94) لأهمية متطلبات استراتيجية كايزن للإدارة، و(0.95) لإمكانية تطبيق متطلبات استراتيجية كايزن. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن أهمية متطلبات استراتيجية كايزن للإدارة حصلت على تقدير مرتفع لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة في جامعة شقراء. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً أن إمكانية تطبيق متطلبات استراتيجية كايزن اليابانية حصلت على تقدير أقل من المرتفع. كما قدمت مقترحات منها أن تتبنى جامعة شقراء اتباع استراتيجية كايزن في الإدارة كأداة من أدوات التحسين المستمر وتطوير العمل. The purpose of this scientific paper is to know the views of members of the governing body of the faculty of girls' education collage at Shaqra University in the importance of the requirements of kaizen strategy in management at collage, and the possibility of the application of these requirements at this collage. To address the problem of the research used a descriptive approach, and data for the study were collected through survey questioners were distributed to a sample of members of the governing body in the college of education at Shaqra University. It was the use of the following statistical methods: percentages and averages, standard deviation. Search results showed that the importance of the requirements of the management strategy kaizen got high esteem among the members of the governing body of the answers. The results also revealed that the possibility of the application of the requirements of the strategy got a median estimate. By the end, presented research proposals, including that Shaqra University to adopt a strategy in kaizen management as a tool of change and development of the administrative work. (Published Abstract)
