The objective of the current research is to explore some of the psychological characteristics as a predictor of educational giving for a sample of preparatory School teatchers in Gazan rigon. Questionnaires of educational giving; Social Responsibility; emotional feelings, Big five personality Dimention, on a sample of preparatory School teatchers (29–45 years, N=300; 150 female, 150 male) After using SPSS program, results revealed that significantly predicted educational giving by some of psychological characteristics, Social responsibility; positive emotional feelings and the Big five personality traits' There is significant difference between genders in educational giving. The findings are discussed in light of educational giving development among preparatory School teatchers in Gazan rigon. (Published Abstract)
